Welcome to Aza Ecotique. By accessing or purchasing from our website (www.azaecotique.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Aza Ecotique

Aza Ecotique is a Helsinki-based upcycling brand creating handmade bags and accessories from repurposed textiles. Each item is unique, and small variations are part of their charm.

2. Orders

• All prices are in EUR and include applicable Finnish VAT.

• Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms we’ve received your order.

• We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, such as product unavailability or incorrect pricing.

 

3. Product Information

• All items are handmade from upcycled materials. Minor imperfections, colour variations, or irregularities are part of the product's identity and not considered defects.

• We do our best to present items as accurately as possible. However, screen colours may slightly differ from the actual product.

 

4. Payment

We accept secure payments via:

• Credit/debit cards

• Google Pat

• Apple Pay

 

All payments are processed through secure third-party services. We do not store any payment information.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders to Finland are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Please allow a few extra days for orders sent outside Finland.

• Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs (for international orders).

 

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Aza piece. If you’re not happy:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@azaecotique.com.

• Your product can be exchanged for a different one. In case of exchange for a product at lower price, you'll receive a partial refund. For exchanged with a product with higher price, we'll send a payment link for the difference.

• Items must be returned unused, in original condition.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

 

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and approved.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product images, logos, designs, and text — is the property of Aza Ecotique and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

 

8. Privacy

We handle your personal data according to our Privacy Policy. By using this site, you agree to our data practices as outlined there.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products, to the extent allowed by Finnish and EU law.

 

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland and the European Union. Any disputes shall be handled by Finnish courts.

 

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
