We want you to love your bag—but if it’s not quite the right fit, no worries.
You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it. If it’s unused and in original condition, we’ll gladly offer a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Bonus for early birds: If you return your order within 14 days, we’ll also refund the shipping costs.

Exchange Flexibility
Our bags are one-of-a-kind, and sometimes a new design comes out that speaks to you even more. With our 30-day exchange window, you don’t have to wait for the “next drop” before buying. You’re free to change your mind and swap for another piece—as long as your original item is unused and in good shape.
