Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number  so you can follow your bag’s journey home.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your bag—but if it’s not quite the right fit, no worries.

You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it.
If it’s unused and in original condition, we’ll gladly offer a refund or exchange.

Bonus for early birds: If you return your order within 14 days, we’ll also refund the shipping costs.
